TVF Services operates a land base greater than 270,000 acres across the states of Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi. Our focus is to maximize the value of timberland investments in the Tennessee Valley through sustainable forestry practices, responsible land stewardship, and strategic asset management, while delivering strong financial returns for our investors and supporting the ecological and economic vitality of the region.
As part of the management of the timberland, TVF Services manages active harvest and logging operations across the land base. TVF Services has an active program to pursue acquisition opportunities of timberlands as well as a divestiture program to release noncore properties from the land base.
TVF Services is active in multiple lines of business including forestry, renewable energy opportunities, carbon opportunities, agricultural operations, and exploring all paths related to the development of the land base, community, and environment.
Will Conrad, RF, CF
Will has over three decades of professional experience in the forestry industry, including timber management, land management and wood procurement. He joined TVF Services in May of 2022 as the General Manager. Prior to joining TVF Services Will led wood procurement for PCA’s Counce Mill and has held roles directing a wide variety of areas pertaining to forest management and best industry practices. He holds a Master of Forest Economics and an MBA. Will is a Certified Forester by the Society of American Foresters and a Registered Forester in Alabama and Mississippi.
Adam Harmon, CPA
Adam has over a decade of experience in financial analysis and management of natural resources. Adam joined TVF Services in April of 2022 as the Finance Manager. Prior to joining TVF Services Adam has held roles as a corporate development and financial planning professional within the natural resources sector. Adam began his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP as a Deals Valuation Associate. He holds a BBA and Master of Accounting from Texas Christian University. Adam is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the state of Texas.
